However, colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device and its settings. Many of our products are printed to order (print-on-demand); minor variations in print placement, colour and fabric are inherent to this process and are not defects. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or exactly match what is depicted in our store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Because our products are made to order, please review your order carefully before submitting — once an order is accepted and sent to production, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests. NobleNoise is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with NobleNoise. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and NobleNoise, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with NobleNoise.

We will notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnity; a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. You and NobleNoise agree that the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
